Who are my clients?
All my clients have had a change in life circumstances which have caused them to feel overwhelmed. My mission is to reduce that feeling and bring clarity and order.
In many situations, my clients have always relied on someone else in their family responsible for paying the bills 'looking after things'. When that is no longer possible, things can get out of hand and they don't know where to turn. I understand that stress and get them to a better, organized place!
Let me help you get there as well!
*Organize those piles of papers/receipts
*Be confident moving forward
*Know where everything is
*Everything has a place
*Create good habits
"I wasn't in any position to get my legal documents in order for my separation. I had to look after my kids, a move and I did not have the time nor patience. Mirella helped me when I needed it the most. She still helps by reviewing my expenses every 6 months to ensure I am on track" A.Holbrey
“Life can be hectic and make you feel like you’re out of control. Mirella has been there and can help you navigate the hidden icebergs of life. She’s knowledgeable and cares.” J. Couto
"Trying to get my financial documents organized, let alone create a system to track monthly expenses was the last thing I had time, or energy, for while also holding a full-time job and being full-time parent. However, this became crucial during my separation. I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to begin. Mirella helped me focus by asking the right questions, at the right time and created an easy system to track and record all my expenses and help me budget properly with no fear of the future. Mirella still checks in to make sure I am good and on track."
To whom this may concern,
I am pleased to provide a professional reference for Ms. Mirella Leone who has been in my employ for the last three years as personal and business manager.
When I met Mirella, was punctual, enthusiastic and optimistic. She arrived professionally dressed, cheerful and motivated. And she was a self-starter.
Chronic illness severely limited a family member’s mobility. As a result, years of envelopes piled up in boxes. Finding paperwork was impossible. Mirella was undaunted.
Mirella loves paperwork! Box by box, envelope by envelope, she sorted and priorized.
And then there were the taxes. What a mess! By the time she was done there were spreadsheets for the last 10 years!
She organized the paperwork, paid the bills and filed the rest. Mirella even found gift cards and cheques! She honestly did it all. Then there was the disposal and shredding
Mirella she set up a proper filing system. All the while she kept careful records of all she had done so we could access documents quickly when when needed. She also created a schedule so bills were paid on time.
Mirella is very intelligent, and has a lot of energy. She works quickly and quietly. Yet she knows when something should be brought to my attention. Mirella is very discreet, honest yet not judgmental.
It is really a pleasure to work with Mirella, Tasks were completed in record time. I felt completely comfortable with her presence and the resulting project completion.

We can all agree this has been a year like no other!
What we have all learned to do is adapt and while it has been difficult it has extended what we thought were our own limitations.
What my family and I have done during Covid lockdown:
- Go through the closets and bag items for donations when it is safe to do so!
-Go through the cupboards and get rid of any extra cookware we can also donate/pass on.
-Go through FILES, old files, school paperwork that could be recycled or shredded.
-Move around furniture to freshen up and clean in those spots which have been forgotten for a while
-Look through old photos/organize them and reminisce.
Many of us have had a home office prior to the pandemic and while we thought it was going to be temporary, it has become a part of our lives now.
Having an organized space and managing both work and home files can get overwhelming. Let me help you set up a system that works for you and get control of those piles/boxes and bins.
Everyone has had to cope a certain way because of life changes and the pandemic has made it even more stressful for many! I totally get that!
During the pandemic remote organizing has been something I am doing to help clients manage. I am also able to pick up files/organize the and report back to the client with items that need immediate attention/action or review and filing.

My Experience - I have worked in several administrative and managerial roles at the University of Toronto and Law Enforcement Sector for over 20 years. Being organized was critical and necessary!
Why am I doing this?
Having going through my own life changes, I experienced what it was like to feel hopeless and completely overwhelmed at times. At the time I was thinking to myself, I really wish I had someone to give me a heads up on what to expect when life got so messy and help me through it.
Having made some necessary changes and learning through the experience, I knew I wanted to help others. I want to help reduce the stress and the anxiety of the unknown. I want to help people in a non-judgemental and supportive way. I want to give people the tools to make knowledge-based decisions. That to me is success!
What Life Lesson Did I learn?
Is change emotional and frightening? Yes it is! Does it have to be when someone else is there assisting you? No it doesn't! Having someone look at things from a different angle is always helpful.
While I focus on paper organizing, my peer partner Kate does photo organizing.
Who doesn't have a box or ten of old photos in the basement? Right?

Photo Organizing Both Digital & Analog. Taking memories and making them digital realities. One byte at a time.
Just a few things I learned and have seen along my journey to decluttering. Everyone is different and what works for someone, doesn't always work for anyone else! BUT passing on in case you want to give these a try!
